Sydney Hrouda, REALTOR at SimpliCity Real Estate

Sydney Hrouda is a real estate agent at SimpliCity Real Estate, working out of Lincoln and serving the small towns east of the city – Unadilla, Palmyra, Weeping Water, Louisville, and Syracuse.

She was a recruiter before getting into real estate. A job is important, but your home is your life. It’s where everything happens. This is what she’s doing now because it actually feels like the work matters.

What she helps with

  • Small-town listings. Pricing and prep strategy so your home is the obvious option, not just another house sitting on the market.
  • First-time buyers in the $200K to $450K range. Guiding you through the chaos so you don’t get burned or overwhelmed.
  • Sell + buy at the same time. Timing, contingencies, and game-planning both sides so it actually works.

Small Town Saturdays

Small Town Saturdays on Main Street.

One Saturday a month, Sydney turns Main Street in Unadilla into the busiest block in Otoe County. She founded Small Town Saturdays to give the businesses run out of kitchens, garages, and workshops a place to be found, and to give neighbors a reason to spend a Saturday morning close to home. Helping people love where they live is the whole point, and it does not stop at the closing table.
