Born and raised in Nebraska. I know Lincoln, but more importantly I know the small towns people are actually moving to — Unadilla, Palmyra, Weeping Water, Louisville, Syracuse. I know what sells, what sits, and why.
I was a recruiter before this — helping people find jobs. A job is important, but your home is your life. It's where everything happens. This actually feels like what I'm doing matters.
Most agents treat small-town deals like they're lower stakes. They're not — and I plan accordingly.
