Who I am.

Born and raised in Nebraska. I know Lincoln, but more importantly I know the small towns people are actually moving to along Highway 2 and Highway 50 east of Lincoln: Syracuse, Unadilla, Palmyra, Weeping Water, Louisville, Murdock, Elmwood, Bennet. I know what sells, what sits, and why.

I was a recruiter before this, helping people find jobs. A job is important, but your home is your life. It's where everything happens. This actually feels like what I'm doing matters.

Most agents treat small-town deals like they're lower stakes. They're not, and I plan accordingly. I build a real strategy around your sell and buy at the same time, not just listing one and hoping the other works out. I'll tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. And I don't disappear once you're under contract. That's usually where I do the most work.

Small Town Saturdays.

Once a month, Main Street in Unadilla fills back up. Fresh coffee, local small businesses, and a reason to spend a Saturday morning close to home instead of driving to a bigger city. I started Small Town Saturdays because a lot of the best small businesses around here are run out of a kitchen or a garage, and they deserve a place to be found.

The Main Street Crawl runs the last Saturday of the month, May through September, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., on Main Street in Unadilla. And Small Town Saturdays is growing beyond it: special editions around the traditions our towns already love, and Takeout Tuesdays starting summer 2027.

Helping someone buy or sell a home is one chapter. Helping them love where they live is the bigger picture. That is the whole reason this exists.
