The Main Street Crawl is the original Small Town Saturdays event: the summer series that started it all. Once a month, Main Street fills up with vendor booths, fresh coffee, baked goods, handmade products, and neighbors who decided to spend their Saturday morning close to home instead of driving to a bigger city.

When is the Main Street Crawl?

The last Saturday of the month, May through September, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., always on Main Street in Unadilla. Same place, same time, every time.

  • Saturday, August 29, 2026
  • Saturday, September 26, 2026

Those are the two remaining markets of the 2026 season. The 2027 dates will be announced in the spring, and the mailing list hears first.

What a crawl morning looks like

Grab a coffee, walk the block, and take your time. You will find booths from bakers, makers, boutiques, jewelry designers, and food vendors, most of them running their businesses out of a home, a kitchen, or a workshop somewhere nearby. The storefronts that call Main Street home are part of the morning too. It is as much about visiting as it is about shopping, and dogs on leashes are always welcome.

There is no admission, no gate, and no schedule you have to keep. Come for twenty minutes or stay the whole morning.

This month’s vendors

Every market has its own lineup, and part of the fun is that no two months look exactly the same. The vendor lineup for the Saturday, August 29 crawl is coming together right now.

The full lineup goes out to the mailing list the week of the event, and gets posted here as well. If you discover a business you love at the crawl, the STS Partners directory is where to find them again afterward.

Set up a booth

The Main Street Crawl was built for people running a business out of a home, a garage, a kitchen, or a workshop, not just people with a storefront. The vendor fee is $25 per event, and your booth comes with more than three hours of foot traffic: crawl vendors are eligible for a listing in the Meet Our STS Partners directory, so people can keep finding you long after the tents come down.

Questions people ask

Where and when is the Main Street Crawl held?

On Main Street in Unadilla, in Otoe County, about forty minutes southeast of Lincoln. It runs May through September, on the last Saturday of the month, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Same place, same time, every time.

How do I become a vendor at the Main Street Crawl?

Fill out the vendor registration and tell me what you make. If you have been thinking about trying it, that is usually a sign you should. I will reach out to confirm your spot and walk you through the rest.

How much does a vendor booth cost?

The vendor fee is $25 per event. New vendors also put down a $50 commitment deposit to reserve their space, and $25 of it is refunded right after the event, before you pull out. Once you have completed three events, the deposit goes away and you just pay the $25 fee.

How do I find out which vendors are coming each month?

Join the mailing list. Once a month I send one email about the upcoming crawl with the vendor lineup and what to look forward to. It is market news only.
